It’s only fitting that the Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks will face off in the first round of the NBA playoffs starting on Sunday after everything that happened with a game ball, a whole lot of trash talk between the two teams, Tyrese Haliburton going Dame Time in the In-Season Tournament and then Damian Lillard taking the All-Star MVP in Indy and getting booed. It’s been an eventful season between the two teams to say the least as the Pacers won four of the five games.
Here’s the full Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks schedule for the first-round series:
- Game 1: Sunday, 4/21 7 p.m. on TNT
- Game 2: Tuesday, 4/23 8:30 p.m. on NBA TV
- Game 3: Friday, 4/26 5:30 p.m. on ESPN
- Game 4: Sunday, 4/28 7:00 p.m. on TNT
- Games 5-7 if necessary will be on 4/30, 5/2, and 5/4. Times and broadcast TBD.
To preview and discuss the actual basketball to be played in the series, I hopped on the Locked on Pacers podcast to talk the Giannis Antetokounmpo injury, how much of the regular season matchups apply to these teams in the playoffs, and how both teams may matchup with each other on both ends.
