The Indiana Pacers depth continues to get tested this season as the injuries pile up. Rick Carlisle offered updates on Aaron Nesmith, Andrew Nembhard, and Obi Toppin prior to today’s game against the New York Knicks.

After already losing both backup centers likely for the entire season with Achilles injuries, they now have two starters that will miss multiple weeks. Aaron Nesmith is out with his sprained ankle until some time in December. Andrew Nembhard is out for at least the next two weeks with his sore left knee.
Obi Toppin doesn’t seem to be a long-term issue but is out for today’s game against the New York Knicks. It is the first game he was missed since joining the Pacers after playing every game in both the regular season and the playoffs last season. TJ McConnell is back in action after missing one game due to illness.
